| Ron Gibson Begins plugging operations. Well at 240 psi, begin blow down well. After about 2 hours well still has 100 psi. Monitor for H2S and LEL. Highest reading of 11 ppm H2S about 200 feet from well when back side of well opened and blown down.  The decision was made to wait until the cement pump truck was on site to kill well on the following day. The equipment on site was not capable of overcoming the well conditions.

Well blew out with 5 joints of pipe still in hole. Kill well with water on site. Attempt to run tubing to bottom of well and displace cement into well. Well blew out uncontrolled second time when adding joint of tubing.  Reinstall well head to control well. Obtain load of 9.9 lb brine, and pump away 60 bbl. Well takes about 1 bbl per minute. Stop plugging activity until well head diverter is installed.

| Inspect well at request of adjacent landowner with complaints of odors and feeling sick. Gas well is leaking from steel plates at top of slips. 4.5 inch longstring and 2 inch tubing. Recommend well be plugged as emergency contract. Gas readings at well head were at 82. Breezy conditions during inspection did not allow for reading beyond the well.  The Barclay residence is located 587 feet to the Northwest of the well. The Mr. Barclay has indicated that he is experiencing significantly more headaches.  Separator and existing oil field debris exist near the well.
