| I completed an urban preliminary restoration inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained the proper dike, one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification sign. The well and tank battery are located in the forest approximately 0.5 miles west of McCleary-Jacoby Rd. The lease road was in good working condition with a locked gate at the entrance. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The pits were filled and debris removed. The site was graded and vegetation was growing to prevent erosion. | | I completed an urban preliminary restoration inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit.
