2011518	2011-10-13	No Violations Noted	DEP on site at 12:30. Falcon Rig 23. Follow up on status of bubbling on backside of 9 5/8". Company Man indicated bubbling has stopped. Attempted perf and squeezes were completed with no injection success. DEP notified, and ok'd go ahead of drilling. At time of inspection, no bubbling was observed. Annulus currently vented and operator will be installing pressure gauge to monitor pressure. Drilling to @ 6100' on air an then moving to next location. Details on perf and squeeze on inspection report. DEP offsite 15:10.
