| Completed the mechanical integrity test on the 7" casing that was cemented in place on 12/18. The initial test pressure was 590 psi. After five minutes the pressure was 585 psi. After ten minutes the pressure was 585 psi and after 15 minutes the pressure was 582 psi for a total loss of eight psi over 15 mintes. The allowable loss was 30 psi meaning the MIT passed.

| On site to witness the cement bond log. The logging company was Superior Well Services. Logs were run on both this well and on City of Akron #76, permit number 3120. Both logs indicated good bond between the formation and the 7" production casing through the top of the Big Lime with variable quality across the shale section. The logs on both wells were run at atmospheric pressure.
