| Mrs. Chris Foley called the Uniontown Office complaining of light and noise from a drilling rig next to her property. The light and noise was keeping her daughter from sleeping at night. Arrived on site and found that the noise level in the house was minimal. The daughters bedroom faces the rig. It was explained to Mrs. Foley that the tower lights had to be on as a warning to aircraft. The noise from the rig would be going on for approximately seven to ten days. (Mrs. Foley thought it would be three months) Mrs. Foley plans to place a comforter on the window to help cut down on the noise and light. If this fails she will send her daughter to her grandparents for a few days. Mrs. Foley's house is approximately 350' from the drilling rig. Went to the rig to see if anything could be done to lessen the noise and light problems.  All the engine exhausts were pointing up into the air.
