| My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit.  It had the proper identification sign posted.  The tank battery was surrounded by a locked chain link fence and the proper dike.  It contained two, 210 barrel production tanks and two separators.  There were plugs in the load lines and the proper identification sign was posted.  The separators had 7 day production charts.  The lease road was in good, stable condition.  It had a locked gate at the entrance with a metal identification sign.  This well shares a tank battery with permit number 2-3441.  The production records were up to date on our database.  This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
