NOTE:  the well is located off county road 44 (Hartford rd.) and the storage battery is located off State Route 37 and is shared with the Mcginnis #1 (#375). The Fay #1 storage consists of one gray painted tank (#142839) a steel brine tank and a horizontal separator set in a gravel lined dike. The entire commingled storage is fenced and locked. The well identification and emergency contact information is clearly marked on the tanks. East of the storage is the fenced and locked flare stack which is operational. Status OK.
