| On the day of my inspection I witnessed at the entry a 100bbl tank was on its side with no dike or connections. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing and 2 inch flow line. Valves were closed on the tubing and flow line. 4.5 inch casing was open to a 4 foot drip running back towards the well into a small outbuilding which contained regulators for domestic gas. Could not verify whether there was gas present on the gauges on the domestic gas due to the building was pad locked. The well has no identification present and the State has no production records since 1993. | | On the day of my inspection I witnessed at the entry a 100bbl tank was on its side with no dike or connections.
