| I inspected the producing unit for Preliminary restoration requirements. The producing unit was completed in 2010. At the time of this inspection there is a wellhead with valve tree and mechanical plunger lift system in operation. The wellhead is enclosed in a board-on-board fence which is locked. The wellhead is located north of Ridgebury in a predominantly residential area. There is no defined access road. The area around the well is graded and grassy vegetation is estasblished. No remaining signs of drilling activity remain. Runoff is via man-made curbisde drainage and local infiltrattion. I did not observe signs of ponding, gully formation, or wash-outs. The well is currently producing from the 2-inch production tubing. The 8.625-inch casing is valved to surface. I did not observe any signs of leakge, spills or problems. No gas odors or meter-detected gas. The ID placard is incomplete and requires remedy. The aboveground storage tank (AST) battery is located south of Ridgebury (behind the house at 6520 Ridgebury Rd.) The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel production ASTs, 2 25-barrel poly brine tanks, and 2 horizontal separator units in a locked, chain-link enclosure. The battery is currently shared with the #2-2119 GG Ridgebury.  Interior spacing of battery elements is in compliance. There is secondary containment and it appears to be in good condition. An ID placard is present on the outside of the enclosure. Process safety equipment is also present. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. The interior of the battery containment has some ponded water from rain collection but is free from oil. I did not observe and signs of leakage, spills or problems. The area around the well and battery is level and has been re-graded. Vegetation is well established. Surface runoff is to the west, towards a north-south drainage culvert which lies adjacen to I-271. Drainage around the battery appear to be well managed with no signs of erosion issues or other impacts. The tank battery access road is gravel-paved with a small turn-around near the wellhead. Drainage along the lease road from entry point to the unit is well managed with no gully formation or wash-outs. The lease road is shared, in part, with the house located at 6520 Ridgebury. The requirements for Preliminary Restoration are met.

| I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead mechanical plunger lift and tank battery are in separate enclosures. The gates are secure and locked. Load-outs are plugged and locked. Process safety gear is present. ID signage is present and accurate at the battery, There is no compliant signage at the wellhead. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. At the time of this inspection, there is 12 to 14 inches of snow cover which obscures some surficial features. I contacted well tender Mark Turpac on 02/20/2015  and advised about the need for compliant signage.

| The unit consists of a 4-tank battery (TB)  with 2  mechanical separators located in a 6-foot chainlink fence.  The unit shares the TB with the #2119 unit. The spacing is in accordance with the rule. The well head is located 1,000 feet north and is fitted with a plunger lift. There is no ID at the wellhead. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The ID is visible and good at the TB.  The gates are locked. The tank battery dike is adequate. No violations noted.
