| Inspection per request of the Department of the Interior with the Local BLM inspector Jim Wood accompanying me on the day of my inspection. Upon inspection of the well head it was noted that the well was equipped with 4.5'' production casing with the production valves open and the well set up to be produced by the means of an open flow method controlled by a battery operated time control device operating a bladder type mechanical flow control valve which appears not to be in operating condition. There is a current 30 day gas sales chart in the meter box. And proper identification at the well head. Inspector will note that the Department of the Interior has requested the inspection and the Division is requesting that the well be evaluated and repaired as necessary or the producer plug any wells not capable of making the minimum stands of production. Inspector shall give G&R 90 days to show the well is capable of making the minimum standards of production or file for a plugging permit within 120 days of the day of the issuing of this violation against the said well. 1509:062- (2) If a well has a reported annual production that is less than one hundred thousand cubic feet of natural gas or fifteen barrels of crude oil, or a combination thereof, the chief may require the owner of the well to submit an application for temporary inactive well status under this section for the well.  A demonstration that the well is of future utility and that the applicant has a viable plan to utilize the well within a reasonable period of time.
