| I talked to Paul Baird about the status on getting the rest of this well plugged.  He is going to get a rig to plug the well in 2 to 3 weeks.  I asked about a plugging permit.  He had not filed yet. But he will.  See the past history of this well for more details.  This final restoration continues.

| This well is a followup on a final restoration for the Clinton well and to produce from the Oriskany.  I drove to the Baird Sawmill to talk to Mr. Paul Baird about the status of this well.  On 11/26/01 this well was plugged in the Clinton.  The casing was ripped and pulled out of the hole.  The 4 1/2" was run back into the hole. The well was to be completed in the Oriskany.  Problems arose and the casing was left in the hole at 2200'.  The cost to get the casing down to the Ariskany(3507') so far was approximately $40,000.00.  Mr. Baird stated that he would try and find all the paper work on this well and call me.  I stated again that this well needs to be produced or plugged.  He understands.  This Final Restoration continues.
