| I was onsite to check the status of Nomac 41 drilling. They are in their latteral portion of the well. They plan on running casing and cementing the production string this weekend. They will be leaving this location and heading to the Cummings 10H location south of Carrollton. There are no violations or issues at this well currently. | | I was onsite to check the status of Nomac 41 drilling. They are in their latteral portion of the well. + | | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Precision Rathole spudded the well on January 4th and ran the casing on January 5th. Precision drilled a 30 inch to a depth of 20' and then drilled a 24 inch hole to a depth of 112 feet. Precision ran 112 feet of 20 inch casing into the wellbore. O-TEX cemented the casing with 190 sacks of ClassA cement with 2% CaCl, .27% Cello-Flake, and 4/10% C-41P. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack. They used 5.2 gallons of freshwater per sack mix water. O-TEX pumped 39.93 barrels of cement and displaced the cement with 38 barrels of freshwater. There was approximately 6 barrels of cement returns to surface. My inspection of the well site revealed no violations at this time. | ||

| I was onsite to check the status of Nomac 41 drilling. They were currently slide drilling at 11700 feet in the lateral of their current well. They were having issues making good progress in the lateral and keeping the well bore straight. This is the last well on this pad for the well. There are no violations at this time. | | I was onsite to check the status of Nomac 41 drilling. They were currently slide drilling at 11700 feet in the lateral of their current well.
