| A track hoe and two Chem Tech trucks were on site to start pit solidification operations. Northeast Water Service was also on site to remove any free water prior to the dust application. According to Tim Levengood, a third load of dust was delivered and applied to the pits before the appropriate density was achieved. The pits will be covered over tomorrow.

| Preliminary restoration is past due. The grading has been completed but the vegetation cover is thin. The landowner has been contracted by ISSI to complete the project. I explained to Tim Levengood that regardless of the contractor, ISSI is responsible to meet any and all of the deadlines. He will meet with the landowner and discuss completing the project as soon as possible.

| As a result of the five inch rainfall that occurred on 7/19, the affected area around this drilled location drained into the landowners pond. A small amount of oil, reportedly less than 5 gallons washed from the frac tanks, was released onto the location and into the pond. The landowner Clarence Lucas, notified the Uniontown office. ISSI responded with booms and sorbent pads to recover and contain the oil.
