| Inspection this day found well still being pumped, water still salty that was going on ground, still 660+ ppm.  Called Jack, supervisor, and said SOMETHING had to be done, no chance of it freezing up any more and to take salt out of knockout or put plastic tank THIS WEEK!  Still have not got this well on his bond, either.

| Inspection this day found small plastic water tank has been set so water no longer going thru knockout with salt in it, knockout still there and will continue to monitor to make sure they don't use it, good ID's at well, good dike around tanks, ditch where draining water has been filled in and seededWill make them come back if grass doesn't growNOV Resolved - still need to get it put in their name.

| Re-inspect this day found plastic tank I ordered placed to contain saltwater (Carl says it's Mississippian Exempt) with bottom valve open.  They are running theproduction  water into tank and it is flowing out the line on the bottom of the tank  right onto the ground, same as it always wasGoes into a drainage ditch, then thru a buried line in the pasture out into a ravine, ultimately going into Little Muskingham RvCalled Bobby (pumper supervisor), he knew nothing about it, so asked him to shut that valve today and start hauling the water or he would be fined.

| Inspection this day found well with pumping unit that is not in production. Reported annual production is below commercial limits and this well needs to be produced, plugged or put into Temporary Inactive status.  There is a kill area below well about 200' long and 2' wide with traces of free oil.  The vegetation appears to have been killed by brine.  Identification signs do not include the  permit or phone number.  Contacted the owner/operator about cleanup of the kill area and well identification issue.  Well needs produced, plugged or Temporary Inactive status filed.  11/17/11 - All issues resolved:  Proper identification posted, kill area now growing grass and well is in production.

| Inspection this day found well producing with jack, pumping when on location and fluid going into tank, coming back out 2 steel line back down to jack where a knock-out located, going thru knock-out and onto ground, down drainage ditch, several hundred feet and ultimately into Little Muskingham river.  See #7728.  Tested salt at 650 ppm, also slight film of oil on top of water in ditch.  Called Carl and told him must stop, get a water tank and haul water.  1/19/2006 - talked to pumper  - I must laugh!! - they put bag of salt in knockout so well doesn't freeze up in winter as is fresh water! - then dump it on the ground
