| On the day of my inspection Wheeler Drilling was running new 8.625" surface casing. They had drilled to a depth of 520' with an 11.75" bit. The permit was on display, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner and there were no leaks or spills.

| On the day of my inspection Cemenco pumped 200 lbs of gel and cell-flake, followed by 35 sacks of class A 2% gel cement and 150 sacks of class A cement. Circulation was established during displacement with approximately 2 barrels of cement returns. The cement fell once pumping stopped. Wheeler Drilling will be required to cement the casing to surface before resuming drilling operations. Cemenco pressured up to 500 psi, shut in the cement head, held for 5 minutes and released. The pressure had fallen to approximately 460 psi, which meets the requirement of the casing test.

| On the day of my inspection I found that the location was graded and planted with well established grassland vegetation. All drilling equipment and debris had been removed from the site. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit. There were no leaks or spills and there were no signs of erosion. This site passes preliminary restoration.
