| Inspect well and Tanks.  No identification. Poor house keeping. Sawdust absorbent is present throughout the well head and adjacent area. Partially snow covered, but apparent burn area approximately 40 feet by 20 feet.  Two(2) 100 bbl tanks. The brown tank appears full. The threads for the oil take off valve are seeping oil.  The Blue tank has overflowed stained the side, oil has released onto the ground contributing to the burn area. The Product line to the tank is not connected to the top of the tank and is hanging over the edge of the tank.  The threads on at the elbow have oil and are leaking.  The well is incapable of production. Digital photos taken. Historic records are vague, Dewey Hammon and Obie Shaw.

Spoke with John Siegenthaler Attny for Jeff Hamman. Mr. Hamman intends to use well for domestic purposes and intends to remove product, water, tanks and pump jack.  He is having difficulty locating an operator willing to assist in this endeavor. Told Mr. Siegenthaler that I would locate names of qualified contractors to choose from for this project.  Also indicted that he needed identification and register the well with the State.
