| I arrived on site to witness the cementing of the 5.5 in production casing.  Casing had been ran and company was circulating mud in the well.  Due to extremely cold tempuratures pumps and lines were freezing.  I wasn't able to witness the entire job.  They were pumping cement very slowly when I left.  Good circulation had been maintained during inspection.  Spoke with drilling consultants on site.

| Upon inspection, it was observed that all disturbed land surfaces have been stabilized with a vegetative cover. All drilling equipment has been removed from the location, the lease road has been maintained, any drilling pits have been closed, and the entire location is diked. This fulfills the requirements of the preliminary restoration.
