| I completed an urban preliminary restoration inspection.  My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats.  The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and an identification sign.  Lease road was next to Petsmart.  The production equipment was missing a charcoal filter, low pressure relief valve, and lightning arrestor.  I called Matt Kleese at 330-360-8055 and asked for the required safety equipment to be installed.  The pits were filled and debris removed.  The site had vegetation growing.

| I was on location for a status check.  During my inspection, I found the well in production.  The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly.  The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a mechanical separator.  A dike surrounded the tank battery.  An identification sign was posted.  There was a plug on the load line.  Locked, chain link fences with slats surrounded the tank battery and well.  Urban safety equipment was installed on the production tank.  The lease road was in stable condition.
