| Operator called to complain - He had spent several days cleaning up locations, reseeding, dozing, mulching, fixing electric boxes as requested by landowner, who is not mineral owner.  He had finished up on a Sunday, and had called me to ask me to reinspect, since the landowner HAD complained and wanted me to approve.  By that next Wednesday, it had started raining and farmer, who leases pasture from landowner, had put 200 dairy cows in and messed up all his work.  Called landowner to tell him of this and he seemed unconcerned.  I explained that there was no reason for future complaints about abuse to the land

| Inspection this day found well with pump jack - capable of producing.  Tank down below along road, needs ID's which he will get up this week.  Suggested he might also put up ID's at each well, as so many wells going into one tank.
