| Pryor to my field inspection I received a phone call from Jordan with G and R Contracting, he told me that on July 18th they had two production tanks get struck with lighting, both are one hundred barrel tanks, both tanks had a small amount of oil in them, one tank caught on fire and the other tank was blown one hundred and thirty feet to the west over Howell Rd into a field, there was no oil in the tank when it landed in the field, the operator dug a ditch around the tank and dug two ditches in the other field to stop any oil from traveling any farther. Equipment is being brought out to remove the containmented soil and the tanks, there will be soil brought back in to replace what was removed as well as a dike built around the replacement production tank, the tank location will be seeded and strawed.
