| My inspection found the well not in production.  The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit.  The main flow line valve was closed and locked.  The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank and a concrete brine tank.  The heat, treated separator had the correct spacing.  The tank battery and separator was surrounded by a locked chain link fence.  There was a plug on the load line.  An identification sign was properly posted.  The lease road was in good condition with a locked gate at the entrance and shared with permit numbers 2-2020 and 2-1923.  I researched our database and found the reported annual production up-to-date.

| I was on location to check the condition of the plug.  I found during my inspection the well still shut-in.  I notice no water coming from the 4.5" or 8.625" casings.  I called Nick and was told the casing would be cut off the following weeks.  I instructed Nick to call me prior to cutting the casing.

| I was on location to witness Nick's Well Plugging plug for Trumbull Resources.  First, I noticed fresh water coming out of a 2.375 valve off of the 8.625 casing.  According to J.P., field supervisor for Trumbull Resources, a fresh water spring was encountered while drilling the well in 1986.  I researched our database and found that water was encountered at 10', 79' and 100' with a cement basket was placed at approximately 90' for the 8.625 casing.  Next, Nick dug two pits: one for returns and the other for the fresh water spring.  A siphon dam was constructed in the pit for the spring water to contain all returns.  Next, Nick removed the tubing from the well.  Once completed, the operator connected to the 4.5 casing and bullheaded the bottom plug.  Plug #1 was set from 5,135' to 4,746'.  Nick pumped 30 sacks of Class A cement.  The cement was displaced with 75.4 barrels of water.  Then, the 4.5 casing was ripped at 3,655' and 7 joints were removed to set the Big Lime plug.  Plug #2 was set from 3,424' to 3,124'.  Nick established circulation with 10 barrels of water.  The operator mixed and pumped 86 sacks of Class A cement.  The cement was displaced with 49.6 barrels of water.  Next, Nick removed 83 joints of 4.5
