| Received a call from Mr. Danny Brothers in Austintown about a tank battery fence that was part way down on ground.  Went to the location.  Checked out tank battery.  The east side of the fence was down on the ground.  About 10 feet.  The main door was also down.  I talked to Mr. Brothers.  He stated that he had tried to get the fence fixed for the last 2 weeks. But no luck.  Then called me.  I called Dave Rice from G&L Energy,(330-565-0430).  Dave stated that Austintown fence had been set up to fix the fence.  He had paid half of the repair already.  He said he would call them to ask when they could get there.  Dave called back and said that they are on there way know.  The fence will be fixed yet today.  I will check on the repair tomorrow.

| I conducted a follow up inspection on this site after issuing a notice of violation for general safety and failure to legibly identify well. On the day of my inspection I found that the board on board fence around the tank battery had been repaired, the stock tanks were freshly painted and there was proper identification posted at the well head. The issues have been resolved. No violations at this time.

| I received an email on April 2, 2012 from Michael Novak (mjnovaksr@yahoo.com) in regards to the condition of a tank battery near his home. I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well head is equipped with a plunger lift system. There were no leaks or spills but there was no identification on the well head. The tank battery is shared with permit 2692 and consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks, one 100 barrel brine storage tank, two separators and an earthen dike. The tanks were rusted and the wood fence around the tank battery was in poor repair. Many of the wooden slats were falling off, the door was off the hinges and the paint was peeling off the fence. I contacted Dave Rice of D&L Energy to report the issues and to request that they be corrected as soon as possible.
