| Inspection this day found well not in production, oil inside dike of tank.  Called pumper and he says tank must have developed hole in bottom, will get it cleaned up, most by the end of weekend.  Well has jack, so overgrown that can't find casing this day, very overgrown around tank.  Good ID's on tank show 3 wells going into tank - none appear to be producing, could only find 2.  Have given company time to correct idle wells as they were trying to sell - still no sale and now must write NOV.  Luckily good dike prevented oil from leaving the area - appears only barrel or 2 lost from tank.  Oil spill needs cleaned up, tank replaced with undamaged one, well needs put in production or plugged  8/24 - Inspected oil spill inside dike as owner had e-mailed me that it was all cleaned up.  Found they had brought in couple bales of straw and put inside the dike - oil still laying in puddles on top of straw.  E-mailed him with what was needed to clean up the mess.  Will continue to monitor.
