| I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Precision Rathole has set a 30 inch sleeve to a depth of 12 feet below the base of the tin horn. They drilled a 26 inch hole to a total depth of 120 feet and ran 120 feet of 20 inch conductor casing (94 pound per foot with an inside diameter of 19.124 inches). O-TEX cemented the casing with 250 sacks of ClassH cement 2% CaCl, 1/4 pound per sack cello-flake, and 0.4% C-41P. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, yield of 1.20 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.25 gallons of mix water per sack. O-TEX pumped 53.43 barrels of cement slurry, pumped 39 barrels of displacement, and there was 12 barrels of cement returns to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time.

| I was on location to pick up the paperwork from the Ciacci 6H well. The rig is currently still moving from the Ciacci pad and plans to be rigged up and spudded by tonight. There are no violations at this time.
