| Visited the site in the early morning and met with Tim Wyant of Wyant Exploration.  Bowers equipment was already on location.  They were going to set the Berea plug today after they removed the 1-1/2 inch tubing.  I left before they started to attend to site preparation for the plugging of the Equity O & G Riley, API # 3408720176. From Tim Wyant later in the day Bowers crew bullhead the Berea plug over the perfs from 1638 to 1622-feet.  They first removed and tallied the 1-1/2 inch production tubing for a total of 1620-feet.  They pushed 30 sacks through the 4-1/2 inch production casing over the Berea perfed interval. They tagged the plug at 1350.  They ripped and recovered the 4-1/2 inch production casing at 1040-feet.  Shut-in the well for the evening.

| Upon inspection, it was observed that this site is still largely bare.  The pits were filled in.  Surface casing was sticking approximately 1' out of the ground and cement could be seen about 6" down. I contacted Tim Wyant of Wyant Exploration Co. to discuss the restoration of this site, and he informed me that AEP waived the final restoration because they have plans to expand their landfill into the area where these wells were plugged. We do not have the landowner waiver on file. I will contact Tim Wyant again to see if he has a copy of this waiver. The restoration will not be passed until the waiver is approved.
