| I was on location to respond to a call from Mr. David White at 3609 Tallmadge Road in Rootstown.  He was concerned about a domestic line from a well located behind his garage.  The well was operating on a plunger lift system.  The tank battery was not diked and consisted of a 100 barrel stock tank and a vertical separator.  The proper ID was posted on the tank battery.  The domestic hook-up was behind a shed to the south and a 1" rubber line was run on top of his grass for over 100 feet to a house in front of his on Tallmadge Road.  Mr. White is also receiving free gas from this well.  I told him that I had no jurisdiction over the domestic lines coming off of the well and that he needs to talk with Killbuck Creek Oil and his neighbors to resolve this issue to get the line buried.  No violations.
