| I received a call from Mr. Gary Hadley(330-720-6801) of 1656 Eastwind Place in Austintown. I arrived at his house in 30 minutes. I met with Mr. Hadley and his neighbor. They were concerned about the workover rig coming in to the well. I stated that I would call D and L Energy, Dave Rice to see what was going on. There was a 6 feet by 6 feet dead spot by the well. It looked like either a chemical spill or brine spill. I called Dave Rice( 330-565-0430). Dave told me that he talked to all the neighbors last week about coming in to service the well. That he would fix anything that D and L Energy damaged. I asked to have the dead spot on the ground fixed. He would take out around 6 inches of dirt and replace with good top soil and seed the same. But this would be done after the workover rig moves out. The workover rig will be parked on the dead spot. The time for the rig to come in is 3 to 4 weeks. I GPS'd both the wellhead and the tank battery for the first time. Dave would make sure that the spot was cleaned up. I called Mr. Hadley back to let him know that the moving in with a rig was a civil matter. This case continues. | | I received a call from Mr. Gary Hadley(330-720-6801) of 1656 Eastwind Place in Austintown. I arrived at his house in 30 minutes. I met with Mr. Hadley and his neighbor. | I performed a NOV follow-up. The workover rig had not been on this well. I called Dave Rice(330-565-0430) to find out what the status was. He stated that they had gotten the rabbit free without a rig. I asked about the dead spot, 4 feet by 3 feet. He said that his landscaper would be out within a week to take care of it.
