| I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery can be accessed from a private drive which is a newly constructed road adjacent to the former Acacia Country Club.  The well and  battery are located within the former Acacia Country Club grounds. The wellhead mechanical plunger lift is located in a small chain-link enclosure. Connections and fittings at the wellhead and the battery are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Load-outs are plugged and secure. Gates are locked. At the time of this inspection, the areas surrounding the well and battery are snow-covered. I did not observe any signs of impact relating to production activity.

| My visit to the well today was to perform an Urban Preliminary Restoration Inspection.  Inspected the well head area. Well head is encased in a chain link fenced area and is secured with locks. This is a rabbit well. Well head are is neat and clean and no leaks are indicated. The tank battery is enclosed in a chain link fenced area and is secured with locks. There is one 140 BBL storage tank, and one 50 BBL brine tank. There is a vertical separator unit and a metering run. There are pick up lines at the site and they are secured by locks and bull plugs. Preliminary Restoration Passed.

| The producing wellhead is fitted with a mechanical plunger lift and is located in a locked chain-link fence. The associated tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, 1 25-barrel poly brine tank, and separator. The battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure. Load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. Secondary containment is good. The battery needs safety equipment (LPR valve, spark arrestor, carbon filter). I will discuss the missing items with Ralph Gregory of Bass Energy.
