1301171506	2011-03-26		Received call from Com Center of tank fire south of Belle Valley on state route 821,investigated site and found that fire started in pump house area and then spread to tank area and all tanks and pump house were a total loss, two 210 bbl tanks erupted and landed on adjacent building and one landed in parking area, there was 6 fire departments responded and one officer from parks and one officer from wildlife were also on scene and three Noble county law enforcement officers were also present. Once fire was put out and site evaluated it was determined that no brine/oil had escaped from dike area and I told well owner to remove all fluids from dike area and empty all remaining tanks at site and haul to another disposal well, will check on situation tomorrow.
