1293568658 2014-08-13 On the day of my inspection Falcon 38 was drilling around the BHA that had been cemented in the previous 17.5 hole. No violations noted.
1405093806 2014-07-10 Well Services group augered an open hole (7-9-14) with a depth of 100' and a diameter of 30. They also set 100' of 26 (94#/ft) conductor pipe. Allied oil and gas services, LLC was onsite to cement casing in place using a class A cement with 2%CaCl and .25#/sk floseal. Returns were viewed in cellar and 12 barrels of cement were returned to surface.
1407596131 2014-08-06 Accompanied by Inspector Andrew Corder. Purpose of inspection was to discuss current hang up issue, notification requirements and procedures. Top of the fish is at 1273' bottom at 1576' in a 17.5 open hole. Operator plans to set a 1000' kick off plug from the top of fish up. Returned for plug back scheduled at 9pm and the job was delayed and inspectors were not notified. Inspector Brandon Trigg also on site for postponed plug job.

1565323163 2015-01-21 The preliminary restoration for this well is completed. The pad is in satisfactory condition with proper erosion and sedimentation controls in place. Company shall continue to monitor the location to ensure the pad remains in satisfactory condition. Preliminary restoration passed.
-1900789363 2014-08-04 Falcon drilling has reached total depth of their 17.5 open hole. Operator is currently hung up in the hole and has not ran or cemented the 13 3/8 casing yet.
1911728048 2014-07-26 Onsite to witness the cementing of the surface casing. Falcon 38 drilled a 24x425' open hole and set 396' of 20 94#/lb casing. Calfrac is onsite to cement the casing to surface using 420 sacks of class A cement (15.6 ppg 1.20 yield) by displacing down to 386'. Approximatly 25 bbl of cement was returned to surface.
1998473131 2014-08-16 I received a call from Donald Duty who informed me of the 13.375 casing cement job.
2115273064 2014-08-07 Operator got hung up while tripping out of the hole at the beginning of the week. Halliburton was rigging down upon arrival. A kick plug was set using cement with 16.8ppg and 1.02 yield. Operator plans to let plug set up for 24 hours and start drilling.

-661160830 2014-09-04 Onsite to check progress of drilling operation. 9 5/8 2nd intermediate was cemented using a two stage cement job on 9-3/4-14. Falcon 38 drilled a 12.25x8712' open hole and set 8665' of 9 5/8 (40#/ft) casing. Halliburton cemented the first stage using 735 sks of BONDCEM (15.8; 2.31 yield) and displaced with 299 bbl of water. Falcon 38 circulated the well for 3 hours then Halliburton began the stage 2. Second stage was cemented with 1085 sks VARICEM Cement (14.2 ppg; 1.66 yield) and 380 sks HALCEM cement (15.6ppg; 1.29 yield). Displacement for stage 2 was 641 bbl of water. Current operations: rig is preparing to pick up tools to trip back into the hole and begin drilling at 8712'.

722409716 2015-01-21 Call from the operator advising that they plan to mobilize completion operations to this site. Current plan is to drill out the toe and begin stimulation work within the next three weeks. This site will utilize a zipper frac which indicates stimulating all three wells simultaneously.
