Wellhead consisted of 24﾿ flange reduced to 4﾿ reducer to 2﾿ production with moderate erosion and 3 valves shut off. Production equipment consisted of 100 bbl brine tank showing < 10 bbl, separator (100 psi), total reading of 1470 x 100 cubic ft, and dual reading of 75 psi/ 60 psi /30 psi. At the time of inspection, no E&S and IW issues at the site.

Now IW issues No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted. Site adequately restored. Dept unable to locate a recent production report dated within past two years.
