PATTERSON 312 TESTING BOP. SITE LOOKS GOOD. CM TRAVIS HAS CREW CLEANING UP SOME SALT IN THE BACKYARD, OTHERWISE HOUSEKEEPING IS GOOD. PIT IS GOOD. RIG IS CLEAN. I DISCOVERED THAT THE RIG SKIDS THAT WERE CALLED IN WERE ACTUALLY BY DEFINITION "SPUD NOTIFICATIONS" (SIMPLE TERMINOLOGY CONFUSION). FOR MY RECORDS, EACH SPUD NEEDS TO BE CALLED IN AT THE TIME THE CONDUCTOR IS SET, EVEN IF THE RIG DOESN'T MOVE OFF THE PAD. "RIG SKID" FOR MY PURPOSES, IMPLIES MOVING TO A WELL THAT﾿S ALREADY BEEN SPUDDED

| The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a routine Inspection.  This well pad has 7 Marcellus Wells.  The Operator is currently drilling during inspection.  The pit/impoundments appear to be in good condition.  The drilling pits are nearly full, but are greater than 2 ft. of freeboard.  The Department would reccommend pumping down the pits.  The site does have some minor house-keeping issues.  If a petroleum product is spilled, adsorbent booms and pads should be used to mitigate the problem.  Any drilling chemical should be properly stored and maintained and should not be spilled across the site.  Please make note of any chemicals and/or drilling products spilled on site and properly notify the Department when necessary.

1884599 Primary Facility 04/13/2010 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a routine Inspection.
