The Operator has excavated some of the hillside where the slip occurred and placed rock to stabilize the hill. The Department and the Operator discussed fixing the slide on site. The Operator will have to get a modification to the E/S Plan before fixing the slide.

+| The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Compliance Evaluation Inspection.  The Operator was on site during this inspection.  The Operator is currently drilling on site.  The Department discussed the secondary containment violations and will remove the violations from the NOV.  The Operator has excavated some of the hillside where the slip occurred and placed rock to stabilize the hill.  The Department and the Operator discussed fixing the slide on site.  The Operator will have to get a modification to the E/S Plan before fixing the slide.
