| At the time of inspection, well is capable of production.  It is hooked up to a pump jack, which is powered by electricity.  The head is down so a sheen cant be seen on the rods.  The belts and motor are both in good condition.  Well integrity was in good condition.  There were no leaks or spills at the well.  Corrosion is moderate, but it not a problem yet.  This well also has a gauge.  It was reading 0 psi.  It appeared to be for the 7" annulus.  Fluids are piped to 3 tanks within an earthen dike.  2 are 100 bbl steel and the other is 50 bbl plastic.  Fluid can be seen in the plastic tank.
