This is a oil and gas producing well fitted with an electrically driven pump-jack. The jack is with-out a drive belt and does not appear to have been used for production for some time. The well is not clearly identifiable. The API ID should clearly be posted somewhere on the well head or pump-jack. The locatiion is currently snow covered. Vegitation, however, can be seen poking through in most areas around the location.

There is a tank battery positioned relatively close to this well. The battery consists of two, 140 bbl steel tanks. The tanks appear to be entirely surrounded with an earthen dike. One of the tanks is leaking oil. Oil can be seen streaming down the out side of the tank. It is assumed that rain water is getting into the tank and floating oil out an opening on top of the tank. There does not appear to have been much oil spilled, and what has leaked out appears to have been contained with-in the diking.
