E&S plan and Site ID sign located at entrance of access road.  DEP met Tom Hill from Falcon Drilling stated that drilling will start later part of May 22, 2009 to set conductor pipe (40' fbg).  Pit will be aligned with 20 mil plastic. Work will resume on May 26, 2009.  Site was in the process of drilling setting up.  Water coming from pond near Kimball's property along Loretto Road.  Piping and water trucks coming from Diehl #3 well site across road.
