Well staked but not yet drilled. One below-grade, unlined pit on site. Access road is in stable condition and is covered with durable rock. Dept. notes that access road and site are snow covered. No accelerated E&S problems observed at time of inspection. Operator should continue to monitor all BMP's until final permanent restoration is achieved.
