| Met with Don Fleming to discuss the steps neccassary to restore site and plug well. It was discussed that the remaining cuttings in the pits are to be removed and landfarmed. The pit liners are to be removed and disposed of at an approved landfill. After proper disposal of the cuttings and liners the pits should be restored and temporarily seeded and mulched. Final restoration is to be completed after the well is plugged. Mid East Oil is to contact the DEP before the work begins
