Violations cited.
2014398 Primary Facility 10/24/2011 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted DESOTO Rig 9. Follow up inspection on previous violations cited for drill mud on ground and cutting on ground near solids tanks. Operator cleaned up cuttings and mud and expanded secondary containment. Checked cellar. Operator asked to clean well stack and re-inspect cellar for bubbling.
