| The Department was at the above referenced well to conduct a complaint inspection.  The well has been drilled and is in production.  The well site does have 70% uniform vegetative cover and is permanantly stabilized.  The Complainant said that some turbidity has been showing up in his water supply which comes from a water well.  The water well is down gradient from the above referenced gas well and is less than a 1,000 feet.  The Department grabbed samples of the resident's water.  The Department will provide all parties with sample results and a determination will be made in regards to liability.  Please provide the Department with the gas well drilling log with all dates associated with the gas well such as the spud date, TD, and so on.  Please send the information to the above referenced DEP address and address it to Scott M. Sabocheck.  The Department will conduct a follow-up inspection after sample results are reviewed.

1878685 Primary Facility 04/22/2010 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced well to conduct a complaint inspection. The well has been drilled and is in production. The well site does have 70% uniform vegetative cover and is permanantly stabilized. The Complainant said that some turbidity has been showing up in his water supply which comes from a water well. The water well is down gradient from the above referenced gas well and is less than a 1,000 feet. The Department grabbed samples of the resident's water. The Department will provide all parties with sample results and a determination will be made in regards to liability. Please provide the Department with the gas well drilling log with all dates associated with the gas well such as the spud date, TD, and so on. Please send the information to the above referenced DEP address and address it to Scott M. Sabocheck. The Department will conduct a follow-up inspection after sample results are reviewed.
