| On this day, I am conducting a follow-up inspection on a Chiefs Order: ORDER NO.  2016-180. I found (1) 100 barrel steel tank, domestic meter, drip tank, and vertical separator all contained within an earthen dike. The valve is open leading into the separator. The tank is properly identified. The well is equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing with the valve open, 2 inch diameter tubing with the valve open, and produced by means of a pumping unit that is currently pumping during my inspection. Pictures and video were taken on this day.

1510752641 2017-11-14 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am conducting a follow-up inspection on a Chiefs Order: ORDER NO.
