|  Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the well site area meets ORC 1509.072 with vegetation established and erosion control in place. The well is equipped with casing -tubing and rods. Production flow lines are attached with valves in line and in the open position. The well is set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit. On site near the well head is the 1st of 2 identified production fluid storage areas with the 1st area that is directly on location consisting of a single 100 barrel volume steel tank along with a mechanical separator and gas sales meter with a current 31 day sales chart present in the meter. Directly below the location along the lease road is the 2nd production facility consisting of only a single 100 barrel steel construction production tank.
