It is setup to be produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and a gas engine. The production facility consists of (3) 210-barrel steel tanks, (2) separators, and (2) orifice sales meters with current charts all contained within an earthen dike. The facility is shared with permit numbers 9739, 9740, and 9752. The tanks are properly identified and the production records are current.

The valves on the wellhead are open at the time of inspection. The tank battery is equipped with three (3) 210 bbl. tanks, two (2) vertical separators, and two (2) meters with current charts in them. All production equipment will be shared between 29752, 29739, 29740, and 29738. All drilling equipment has been removed from site, pits have been closed, and the area has vegetation growing on it. There are no issues to report and preliminary restoration has been passed.

During my inspection the well is equipped with 8.625 inch surface casing, 4.5 inch production casing, 1.5 inch tubbing, rods, and a pumping unit. The 1.5 inch tubing valve is opened and the 4.5 inch production casing valve is opened. The production equipment consists of three 210 bbl. tanks, 2 vertical separators, and 2 chart meters with chart dates reading 6/7/16. All production equipment will be shared between 29752, 29739, 29740, and 29738. Four frac tanks are on location. The preliminary restoration cant be passed until the frac tanks are removed.
