| Onsite with Inspector Mark Moreland to witness the cementing of the intermediate casing. H & P had drilled a 17.5 open hole to a depth of 1926'. They had 1931' of 13 3/8 casing set from the rig floor. Halliburton was onsite to cement this intermediate casing with a class H cement (15.8 ppg; 2.31 yield). Inspector calculations indicate 850 sacks of cement and 292 barrels to displace. Good return were viewed in the cellar. See his report for this date.

Production equipment is fenced and locked and access the wellheads is also restricted by fence. Production records are current in RBDMS. Site passes preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.

They had 1931 of 13 3/8 casing set from the rig floor. Halliburton was onsite to cement this intermediate casing with a class H cement (15.8 ppg; 2.31 yield). Inspector calculations indicate 850 sacks of cement and 292 barrels to displace. Good return were viewed in the cellar. See his report for this date.
