| Proposed Formations:POINT PLEASANT, Issued Date:3/17/2014, Expired Date:3/16/2016 12:00:00 PM, Drilling unit acres:460.691, Proposed Well Type:OG, Proposed Well Class:EDPW
| My inspection finds the drilling rig is at a current depth of 2086'.  They anticipate a total depth of 2200'.  The rig will then run 13.625 casing.  A test of water in the northeast sump did not indicate any elevated chlorides.

| My inspection today finds Express Energy drilled 100' of 32 hole.  Express ran 100' of 26 casing and cemented it in place with 330 sks of class A cement.  I verified the cement weight at 15.6 pounds per gallon.  The cement stayed at surface and circulation was maintained through out the job.

| My inspection today finds Allied Oil and Gas Services just finished the 5.5 casing cement job.  Patterson rig 343 ran 18070' of twenty pound 5.5 casing with centralizers placed on every other joint in the lateral section.  Allied cemented the casing in place with 1970 sacks of class H cement.  The cement report indicated that 70 barrels of a 262 barrel spacer were returned to surface indicating adequate cement coverage.

| The purpose of my inspection is a status check on a producing well. The pad name is Warner and there are a total of 7 wells on this pad. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The production equipment for this well consists of ten 400 barrel tanks within containment, and seven gas processing units. The vapor recovery system consists of two compressors and three Cimarron combustors. The production records are current, the identification is located at the wellhead, and there are no violations present.
