| The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection the well was producing and is equipped with a production tree wellhead. The production equipment consists of six 500 barrel production tanks, two glycol dehydration units, one vertical separator, and two flare stacks. Production equipment is shared with 7H. The well pad has a contamination free, gravel surface, with no erosion issues. All drilling equipment has been removed from location. Location has met 1509.072 A requirements.

The 13.375 inch diameter surface casing gauge read 1300 pounds per square inch. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read750 pounds per square inch. The 5.5 inch diameter production casing 683 pounds per square inch and the production tubing read 202 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of  two high-low separators, six 500 barrel tanks, two compressors, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current.

The production equipment consisted of one sand trap, two gas production units, six 500 barrel tanks, one compressor, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current.
