At the time of inspection, crews were installing new plastic secondary containment for upcoming frac. Six wells have been drilled (1H - 6H). All six wells are currently shut in and not vented. Inspection of the Baker 6H cellar revealed steady rolling bubbling alongside the 9 5/8" casing. It is requested by the DEP that the Operator identify the source of the leak. The Operator is to notify the DEP when this work is to be completed. The Operator shall provide a summary of the findings, and a description fo what repairs need to be completed. According to Chapter 78 Section 78.86...the Operator has the option to correct the defect or submit a plan to correct the defect for approval by the Department within 30 days. | |
