The Cement bond log showed good cement bond through the entire  Clinton section . The Production casing was then perforated , by Appalachian Well Services, through the interval of 4017' to 4076' with 50 shots. J- Well was the Service rig contractor over the well. No violations were observed.

0402289189 2013-01-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location to observe the perforation and cement bond log prior to stimulation. The cement bond log indicated a cement top level at 3250 G.L.. The Cement bond log showed good cement bond through the entire Clinton section . The Production casing was then perforated , by Appalachian Well Services, through the interval of 4017 to 4076 with 50 shots. J- Well was the Service rig contractor over the well. No violations were observed.
