| An inspection of the property revealed a 50' section of 1 black plastic line observed above ground.  The well location and lease road is pasture field and the vegetative growth is acceptable.  The tank battery is located across the street and being utilized by the remaining that had been left in production.  At the conclusion of the inspection, an attempt to meet with the landowner was not successful.  A business card was then left.  Received a telephone call from the landowner regarding the final restoration.  The landowner states that she will consult with her husband regarding the plastic line, as to whether he may have wanted the line.
