| I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: Ingress and egress to and  from the well area is afforded by the shared asphalt-paved entrance drive, and parking areas for the Woodhawk Condominium facility.  A wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system is located in a board-on-board enclosure near the front entrance gate, in a small grassy landscaped area off the parking lot. The well enclosure was locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from leakage. The 8.625-inch casing annulus was exposed and plumbed into the system.  Areas around the wellhead consist of turf grass which was free from signs of stress or impact. The tank battery is located 1,500 feet to the west, behind the tennis courts at the end of Quail Roost Drive, behind the tennis courts.  The battery is comprised of one 100-barrel, low-boy steel production tank, one 50-barrel poly brine tank. At the time of this inspection, the access gate to the battery was locked and secure. Signage was present. Fittings and connections were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Process safety gear and carbon filter system was present. Secondary containment was intact and dry. Tank lids are closed and latched. The load-outs were plugged and locked.  I walked the area surrounding the battery and observed normal grassy vegetation with no signs of erosional deficits or impacts associated with the production operation.

| I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located within the Woodhawk Condominium complex.  Tank battery valves and fittings were secure. Tank lids were closed and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The wellhead enclosure area was well maintained. The 8.625-inch casing was valved and gauged.  Areas surrounding the wellhead are comprised of asphalt-paved parking and drive areas. The  battery is located near the maintenance shop in an area utilized for material storage and other maintenance activity.  I did not note any signs or evidence of impact relating to the production activity.

| I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and associated battery are located within a multi-tenant residential community.  The wellhead plunger-lift and battery are in separate, board-on-board enclosures.  The enclosure gates were locked and secure. The load-line valves were locked, plugged, and secure. The secondary containment was intact.  I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found not evidence of problems, or impacts to the surrounding greenscape. I noted that the ID signage at the wellhead had not been updated to reflect the new owner. I notified BAAY Oil about the need to update the signage.

0329992652 2016-02-02 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity.
